Renewal Applications:

Applications were sent by email on January 24, 2025. Please note the City will no longer accept paper applications; all applications must be completed online.

1. Use the renewal application link sent to the business owner's email.
2. If you didn’t receive the link, contact the City of Duluth business office:
   • Call: 770-476-3434
   • Email: occtax@duluthga.net
3. When accessing the application, select Reset Password and use the owner's email address.
4. After creating your profile, click the link in your INITIAL email again to access the renewal application.
