Occupational Tax: New and Renewal Applications/Click Here:

Renewal Applications:

Please note the City will no longer accept paper applications; all applications must be completed online.

1. Use the renewal application link sent to the business owner's email.
2. If you didn’t receive the link, contact the City of Duluth business office:
   • Call: 770-476-3434
   • Email: occtax@duluthga.net
3. When accessing the application, select Reset Password and use the owner's email address.
4. After creating your profile, click the link in your INITIAL email again to access the renewal application.

New Business Applications:

1. Go to the City of Duluth website and click on the Business Licensing button.
2. Complete the three parts of the Occupational Tax Application:
   • Part 1: Submit the OTC Business Information Form.
   • Part 2: Obtain Zoning Use Verification.
   • Part 3: Complete the Occupational Tax Certificate Application.
